What You'll Do
- Curate the Ultimate Beauty Destination: Select the hottest brands and trendsetting products across cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, haircare, and more.
- Drive Growth: Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, negotiate and foster relationships with global beauty leaders, and set trends that captivate GCC consumers.
- Lead & Inspire: Launch new brands, plan bold assortments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unforgettable product experiences.
- Optimize for Success: Analyze performance, maximize margins, and ensure every shelf tells a story of innovation and beauty.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong English communication skills.
- 2+ years of beauty retail buying experience (mandatory).
- Deep understanding of GCC beauty market dynamics and consumer behavior, with a strong network of beauty brands and distributor relationships.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of driving growth and building supplier relationships.
- Cultural agility and a passion for diverse markets.
