Senior Buyer

We're Hiring: Senior Buyer | Abu Dhabi, UAE

Are you a procurement professional who loves negotiating great deals and keeping supply chains running smoothly Join us and play a key role in making sure our clients and departments get the right supplies and services, on time and at the best value.

What you'll do:

• Pre-qualify and onboard reliable suppliers in line with our Procurement Policy
• Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, and prepare price comparisons for approval
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective deals without compromising quality or delivery timelines
• Review quotation terms (payment, delivery, warranty, after-sales service, insurance) to make sure they meet company and client requirements
• Coordinate delivery schedules with site Property Managers
• Source cost-effective alternatives that meet client standards
• Evaluate vendor performance and share feedback with the Assistant Purchase Manager.
• Support the Procurement Manager with ERP updates and changes.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on procurement experience
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market
• Experience with the purchasing module of an ERP system
