Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to manage the procurement of project-related goods, materials, and services. The role is responsible for ensuring company operational needs are met by achieving the best balance of price, quality, and delivery, while maintaining continuity of supply and strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure project goods, materials, and services in line with company policies and requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted operations and project execution.
- Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with engineering, projects, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement activities.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and supply risks.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and ethical standards.
- Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Buyer or Senior Buyer, preferably in project-based procurement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience purchasing project materials, equipment, or services is highly preferred.

- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
