Job Description – Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end compensation programmes including salary reviews, market adjustments, and incentive plans.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organisation's compensation philosophy.
- Lead participation in compensation surveys (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon, Korn Ferry), including job matching, data submission, benchmarking, and market analysis.
- Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and maintain salary structures.
- Support benefits administration, policy implementation, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Drive process improvements by leveraging AI, HR technology, and automation tools.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, with significant experience in a multinational organisation.
- Strong exposure to global compensation practices and collaboration with international stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing compensation surveys and market benchmarking.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of compensation design, job evaluation, salary structures, and market pricing.
- Advanced Excel and HR analytics skills; experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) and Power BI preferred.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
