- Greet customers warmly with a smile and inquire about the service required.
- Inspect the condition of received vehicles and equipment and complete vehicle inspection forms according to the workshop's approved vehicle reception procedures.
- Assess the vehicle's condition (accident or routine maintenance).
- Ensure adherence to scheduled maintenance and regular maintenance appointments.
- Review and verify the completeness of all required documents upon vehicle and equipment reception.
- Verify the availability of the approved traffic department report in case of accidents.
- Adhere to general safety standards in the workplace.
- Comply with approved quality standards during vehicle reception operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of car maintenance centers
