Lead the end-to-end QA process for card products, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for card applications, payment gateways, and related banking systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLA standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 8583, and other banking norms.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in testing methodologies.
Participate in release planning, deployment, and post-release validation for card products.
Perform risk analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of QA experience in the banking sector, with strong focus on card products.
Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, UAT, and automation testing.
Familiarity with card payment platforms, transaction processing, and core banking integration.
Knowledge of PCI DSS standards, card lifecycle management, and payment industry regulations.
Strong experience in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with EMV, NFC, mobile wallets, and digital card solutions.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Certification in QA or relevant banking domain is an advantage (e.g., ISTQB).
