About AnowAnow is Amazon's quick commerce offering in Saudi Arabia, delivering everyday essentials in 15 minutes from dark stores across Saudi. We are scaling fast toward market leadership in one of the most competitive quick commerce markets globally.
The Role
You will own the end-to-end performance of one or more product categories across Anow SA - from selection and vendor relationships through to availability, pricing, and commercial outcomes. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of retail, operations, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
Own category P&L: GMS, margin, selection breadth, and availability metrics for your categories
Drive selection expansion - identify entitlement gaps, onboard new brands and vendors, and prioritize the assortment that wins in the 15-min shopping occasion
Manage vendor relationships: negotiate terms, hold partners accountable on service levels and fill rates, and resolve supply constraints that drive SWOOS
Partner with Operations, Inbound, and Replenishment teams to translate demand signals into in-stock execution
Conduct competitive analysis (Ninja, Keeta, Noon, Hungerstation) to identify share-of-shelf gaps and category white space
Lead commercial moments - Back to School, National Day, Ramadan - with the right selection, inventory depth, and promotional plans
Work cross-functionally with Core Retail, RVR, and OHL to unlock listings and resolve systemic blockers
What We're Looking For
8+ years in category management, buying, or retail merchandising e-commerce or FMCG experience strongly preferred
Track record of driving selection growth and improving availability metrics at scale
Strong vendor negotiation skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
Ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a startup-like environment within a large company
Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets preferred
Why This Role
Anow SA is in an inflection year. We are closing coverage and selection gaps, building toward 12K dark store ASINs, and targeting market share leadership by 2029. The category manager who joins now will help shape that trajectory from the ground up.
Basic Qualifications :
- 7+ years of relevant strategic sourcing and category management in indirect categories such as professional services, support or maintenance spend, supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience- 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 5+ years of negotiations and vendor management experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the Saudi Market,- Quick Commerce experience
