Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Channel Manager to lead partner recruitment, activation, and revenue growth across the GCC. This role is designed for a senior professional with a proven track record working with OEM and/or ISV ecosystems, capable of building strong partner networks and converting them into measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and activate strategic channel partners across GCC markets (SIs, resellers, distributors, technology partners).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of partners and partner led opportunities.
  • Drive joint sales execution and ensure deals progress from qualification to closure.
  • Develop strategic partner plans aligned with regional growth priorities.
  • Enable partners with technical positioning, messaging, and solution knowledge.
  • Track performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution of partners.
  • Provide market intelligence on competition, partner landscape, and customer demand.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 12+ years in channel management roles.
  • Proven experience working with OEM or ISV ecosystems (recruiting, enabling, and scaling partners).
  • Strong existing network across GCC partner landscape is a Must.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise deals through partners.
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions (AI, Software, infrastructure, SaaS, or platforms).
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with ability to structure partner-led deals.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding channel revenue targets.
