We are looking for a Senior Chartering Broker to join our Dubai office . This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking strengthen his position in shipbroking, working alongside a high-performing and globally connected team.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in the global maritime industry.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to the Dubai office strategic growth and day-to-day operations.

- Drive the development and expansion of the local office.

- Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in shipbroking

- Proven track record of closed deals and established industry relationships

- Strong commercial mindset and client-handling capabilities

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent use of English

- Ability to thrive in a results-driven, international team driven work environment
