Role Overview
As a Senior Citizenship by Investment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding highnetworth clients through global citizenship and residency programs. You will leverage your expertise to assess suitability, manage applications, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Assessment: Lead discovery sessions to understand client goalsmobility, taxation, business expansion or educationand recommend optimal citizenship or residency programs.
- Program Strategy & Advisory: Advise on program eligibility, financial thresholds, investment vehicles (e.g. real estate, donation, government bonds), processing timelines, and jurisdiction benefits/limitations.
- Application Management: Oversee full application lifecycle, including documentation, due diligence coordination, legal certifications, and submission to relevant authorities.
- Government & Partner Liaison: Coordinate with licensed agents, legal counsel, and program authorities in various jurisdictions to ensure timely and compliant processing.
- Client Relationship & Trust Building: Maintain ongoing engagement, anticipate client needs, manage expectations, and deliver hightouch personalized support.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of changing program criteria, geopolitical developments, and new investment requirementsensuring proactive client advisories.
- Business Development: Source leads and referrals, participate in global immigration events, webinars and strategic networking to generate new inquiries and partnerships.
- Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and supervise junior advisors, review submissions, ensure quality control, and contribute to process improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, International Relations, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 46 years of experience in citizenship/residency by investment advisorypreferably in UAE or international investment migration firms.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of various countries citizenship by investment programs, eligibility conditions, investment thresholds, residency/permanent residency rules, and exit strategies.
- Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity with due diligence, AML/KYC guidelines, and compliance for investment migration.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, French) are a strong advantage. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Network & Sales Orientation: Strong lead generation and conversion experience; comfortable working with UHNW individuals, families, and intermediaries.
- Professionalism & Confidentiality: High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive client data discreetly.
