Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day building maintenance tasks across factory facilities
- Coordinate and follow up on civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare quantity surveying reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
- Support technical office tasks such as shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals
- Provide on-site supervision for repair and renovation works
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of professional experience in construction, maintenance, or facility management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in quantity surveying, site supervision, and technical office work
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Intermediate level of English is required
