Role Description The Senior Civil Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in El Mansoura. The role involves overseeing daily civil and structural construction activities, ensuring that work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Senior Civil Site Engineer will coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams, resolve technical issues, and provide clear communication on project progress and challenges. Key responsibilities include monitoring site work, conducting inspections, reviewing drawings and technical documents, and supporting timely delivery of project milestones. The role also requires mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous improvement of site processes and quality control procedures.
Qualifications

• Civil engineering expertise, including Solid experience as a Civil Engineer and strong knowledge of Structural Engineering principles.
• On-site leadership skills, including proven ability to manage On Site activities and supervise multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Quality-focused capabilities, such as experience in Quality Control, site inspections, and adherence to relevant codes and standards.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear reporting, coordination with stakeholders, and effective teamwork.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Relevant experience in infrastructure or building projects, preferably in the Middle East or Africa region.
• Proficiency in engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, structural analysis software) and familiarity with project management practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts, and to apply problem-solving skills in fast-paced site environments.
