Senior Engineer (Civil/Structural)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to join our EPC project team supporting major offshore and onshore Oil & Gas developments in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil and structural engineering solutions throughout FEED, detailed engineering, fabrication support, and construction phases while ensuring compliance with ADNOC and international standards.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Civil and Structural Engineer, you will have but not limited to the following roles and responsibilities :

• Lead and review civil and structural engineering deliverables for EPC projects.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements, AGES specifications, and applicable international standards.
• Perform structural analysis and design for: Modular structures, Equipment foundations (static and dynamic), Blast-resistant structures, Pile and raft foundations, Underground facilities and composite layouts
• Conduct transportation and lifting analysis for modular structures.
• Design standard and non-standard structural connections.
• Review Tekla models and fabrication drawings/packages.
• Participate in constructability reviews, model reviews, and tag closure activities.
• Prepare and review Scope of Work, Material Requisitions, and Technical Bid Evaluations.
• Support engineering progress monitoring and material tracking.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project outcomes.
• Resolve site technical queries, RFIs, and Field Change Notices.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Support quality audits and ensure engineering excellence throughout project execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural Engineering within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.
• Experience working on ADNOC projects is highly desirable.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Skills and Competencies

• Candidates should possess strong experience in several of the following areas: AGES Specifications, American and International Design Standards, Field Engineering Studies, Modular Structure Design, Transportation Analysis, Blast Resistant Design, Structural Connection Design, Equipment Foundation Design, Raft and Pile Foundations, Underground Facilities, Constructability Reviews, Technical Bid Evaluation, Engineering Progress Management, Value Engineering, Quality Audits and Compliance Reviews.
• Proficiency in : STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, DEA StatiCa, RAM Connection, MathCAD, Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet Macros, Navisworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex engineering challenges.
• Strong planning, organization, and leadership capabilities.
