Job Title: Senior Client Relations Support Specialist

Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Client Relations Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing real estate agency. Driven by strategic expansion, including new branch openings and an increasing number of sales agents, we are expanding our leadership support.
This pivotal role is designed to ensure operational continuity, elevate team performance, and introduce new telesales capabilities to our sales support function. The successful candidate will act as a core pillar of our management structure, providing dedicated backup coverage for current management to ensure seamless operations and unwavering quality standards at all times.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the client relations and support team to elevate overall performance and productivity.
Bring fresh expertise and innovative strategies to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Provide guidance and support to accommodate the rising number of sales agents across new and existing branches.
Introduce, develop, and lead a new telesales capability to proactively strengthen the sales support function.
Work closely with the sales division to ensure lead generation, follow-ups, and client outreach are handled with maximum efficiency.
Train support staff on effective telesales techniques and client conversion practices.
Monitor client interactions, support processes, and team outputs to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance within the UAE real estate market.
Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain exceptional service delivery as the company scales.
Serve as the designated primary backup for the current management team, stepping in to manage daily responsibilities when leadership is out of the office.
Ensure zero disruption to business operations, team momentum, or client satisfaction during management absences.
Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the UAE real estate sector is strictly required.
Leadership Experience: Prior team management and mentorship experience is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Exceptional communication skills with bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Skill Set: Strong background in customer service, quality assurance, and proven telesales capabilities.
