Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Client Relationship Specialist to manage day-to-day client operations, ensure service quality, and act as the main coordination point between clients and internal delivery teams. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the timely fulfillment of job orders, and resolving operational issues. You will play a critical role in protecting client satisfaction, service continuity, and operational excellence across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts and respond to service requests
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to prioritize and deliver job orders on time
  • Maintain accurate updates of job orders, client reports, and service metrics
  • Ensure correct data entry and tracking in CRM and ATS systems
  • Follow up on internal deliverables such as shortlists, onboarding, and documentation
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for management review
  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements
  • Handle client concerns and escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer success, or operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with CRM, ATS, or similar operational systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with recruitment, payroll, and operations teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up discipline
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
