Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to design, operate, and optimize our cloud environments.
This is a senior technical role with direct impact on platform stability, performance, security, and continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments (Compute, VCN, Load Balancers, Storage).
- Implement high availability, scalability, and performance best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Manage and operate Docker and containerized applications.
- Support microservices-based architectures.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance using observability tools.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Apply security hardening and cloud best practices in coordination with the cybersecurity team.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- 610 years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Solid experience with:
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker & container technologies
- Windows & Linux servers
- Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, or SaaS environments is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications
- DevOps / Cloud certifications
- Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) a plus
