About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Security Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead secure cloud transformation initiatives.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends cloud architecture, security strategy, and migration leadership. You will work across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, helping organizations design, assess, and secure their cloud ecosystems while aligning with global security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design secure cloud environments on OCI and GCP
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration programs (on-prem → cloud), including assessment, strategy, and execution
- Design hybrid and multi-cloud architectures with secure connectivity (FastConnect, Interconnect, VPN, SD-WAN)
- Conduct cloud security assessments, gap analysis, and risk evaluations
- Develop architecture artifacts (HLDs, LLDs, network diagrams, security policies, runbooks)
- Support pre-sales activities: RFP responses, solution design, client presentations, and PoCs
- Implement and align solutions with frameworks like NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable secure CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
What We're Looking For:
Core Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- OCI: VCN, Cloud Guard, WAF, FastConnect, Security Zones
- GCP: VPC, Cloud Armor, Security Command Center, BeyondCorp
- Experience in large-scale cloud migrations and modernization strategies
- Deep understanding of network security architecture across cloud & on-prem environments
- Familiarity with Azure for multi-cloud integration scenarios
Technical Skills
- Cloud networking: VPC/VNet design, firewalls, VPNs, DDoS protection
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Deployment Manager, ARM, Ansible
- Container & Cloud-native security: Kubernetes (GKE/OKE), APIs, microservices
- Security tools & technologies: NGFW (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), SIEM, IDS/IPS
- Scripting: Python / PowerShell / Bash
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Required: OCI Architect Professional & OCI Security Professional
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect / Security Engineer
- Preferred: Azure Solutions Architect / Security Engineer
- CCSP, TOGAF, SABSA
- CCNP Security, VMware (VCP), Palo Alto / Fortinet certifications
