Support Cisco Collaboration systems, Oracle SBC, Verint Recording and other telecom systems.
The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and performance.
Support and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity, IM&P, and CMS.
Administer and resolve issues with Oracle SBC.
Manage and support Verint Voice Recording.
MS teams and zoom administration.
Perform daily system checks and maintenance.
Assist in configuration, deployment, and upgrades.
Collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Cisco Collaboration certifications (Voice CCNA & CCNP required; CCIE preferred).
SBC certifications.
Good knowledge and experience in MS teams and Zoom.
Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
