Senior Commercial Electrical Engineer

Experience Required:

6+ years of experience in Electrical QS / Commercial / Contract roles

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise quantity surveying for electrical systems (power, lighting, low current, etc.).

Prepare structured and accurate technical comparison sheets for electrical packages.

Review subcontracts and payment certificates.

Review pricing inputs and contribute to cost estimation activities for electrical works when required.

Coordinate with finance, planning, and cost-control departments to support project documentation.

Review contract documents and extract rights, obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.

Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements throughout all project stages.

Prepare clear commercial and technical reports for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Strong background in QS, costing, and contract review.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; QS/estimation tools are a plus.
