We are Hiring: Senior Commercial Engineer

Department: Construction Operations
Reporting To: Construction Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial management, contract reviews, variations, and claims tracking across multiple construction projects.
- Oversee project cost control, budget tracking, cash flow forecasting, and overall project profitability.
- Conduct detailed project financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and Payback periods.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and feasibility studies for new projects and investment opportunities.
- Consolidate monthly commercial and financial reports for executive management.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Project Managers, Site Teams, Finance, Procurement, and Contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance and/or Business Administration (MBA is strongly preferred).
- 5–8+ years of relevant commercial/financial engineering experience within a Construction / EPC / Contracting company.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, cost control, cash flow management, business planning, and feasibility studies.
