We are currently hiring for a Senior Commercial Engineer – MEP to join our team at Hassan Allam Holding for a project based in Saudi Arabia.
We're looking for a professional with solid commercial experience in MEP works, particularly within high-end building projects such as museums and residential developments.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in MEP construction projects
- Proven experience in commercial management (cost control, contracts, variations, claims)
- Strong background in residential and complex buildings (museums is a strong plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of MEP works on the project
- Handle cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Prepare and evaluate variations, claims, and interim payments
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with project terms
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure commercial efficiency
