We are seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, Retail Performance & Insights to join our Global Retail Centre of Excellence team based in Singapore. This is a highly visible role responsible for driving retail performance management, strategic insights, and commercial decision support across our global retail network.

As a trusted partner to Global Retail and Regional leadership, you will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, improving profitability, and translating financial and operational performance into actionable business recommendations. You will help establish best-in-class performance management capabilities while enabling senior leaders to make faster, more informed decisions.

Working in a highly international environment, you will collaborate closely with retail leaders, regional finance teams, merchandising, operations, and executive stakeholders across multiple regions.

What you will do

More specifically, you will:

• Partner with Global Retail leadership to drive strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead global retail performance reviews and provide actionable insights on sales, margins, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and manage performance reporting frameworks and KPI governance across regions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analyses for the retail organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve store productivity, customer conversion, transaction value, and overall retail profitability.
• Develop business cases and financial evaluations for strategic investments and growth initiatives.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support retail transformation programs through fact-based analysis and performance tracking.
• Drive alignment and best-practice sharing across markets and regions.

You are a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys connecting strategy, analytics, and business performance. You thrive in complex international organizations and have a proven ability to challenge assumptions, influence senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, retail finance, or business partnering.
• Strong understanding of retail economics and key profitability drivers.
• Experience supporting senior business leaders in strategic decision-making.
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and business case development skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Continuous improvement and transformation mindset.
