Job Overview:

The Commercial Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will lead a dynamic marketing team, oversee campaigns across multiple channels, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy Development and Brand Management

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the business goals and objectives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.

Brand Management & Customer Insights

  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of brand campaigns, initiatives, and brand positioning strategies.
  • Use customer insights, data analytics, and market research to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.

Budget, Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyse performance data of marketing campaigns and strategies to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Provide regular, comprehensive reports to senior management regarding campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights for optimization

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • At least 7 years experience in commercial and marketing, with a focus on events and entertainment companies/clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
