Role Description

Commercial Sr. Manager is responsible for leading and driving the Group's overall commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market positioning across all business lines.

The role oversees Sales, Marketing, Service, and Technical functions, ensuring strong market penetration, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability across Large Animals, Small Animals, and Pet Shop segments.

The position plays a critical role in aligning commercial execution with corporate strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and maximizing market share across all operating markets.

Key Responsibilities

A. Commercial Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the Group's overall commercial strategy in line with business objectives.

Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability across all product lines and channels.

Translate corporate strategy into clear commercial plans, targets, and execution roadmaps.

Monitor market dynamics, competition, and customer trends to adjust strategies proactively.

B. Sales Leadership & Performance

Lead and oversee all sales divisions:

oLarge Animals

oSmall Animals

oPet Shop

Set sales targets, budgets, and performance metrics for each business segment.

Ensure strong sales execution, territory management, and customer coverage models.

Drive key account management strategies and strengthen relationships with strategic customers and distributors.

Review sales performance regularly and implement corrective actions when required.

C. Marketing & Brand Management

Lead the Marketing function to build strong brand positioning and market visibility.

Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns.

Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales priorities.

Drive market intelligence, customer insights, and demand-generation activities.

Support new product launches and portfolio development initiatives.

D. Service & Customer Experience

Oversee the Service Department to ensure high-quality after-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Define service standards, KPIs, and response time targets.

Ensure service excellence as a competitive advantage and value-added offering to customers.

Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

E. Technical Leadership & Product Support

Oversee the Technical Department to ensure strong technical support to sales and customers.

Ensure proper product training, demonstrations, and technical advisory services.

Support the sales teams with technical expertise during key customer engagements and projects.

Ensure technical readiness for new product introductions and market expansion.

F. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Head of Growth & Supply Chain on demand planning, product availability, and market launches.

Collaborate with Finance on pricing strategies, budgets, margins, and P&L management.

Align with Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans.

Support senior leadership in long-term strategic planning and investment decisions.

G. People Leadership & Governance

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial leaders and teams.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across all commercial functions.

Promote a performance-driven, customer-centric, and ethical culture.

Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Science, Pharmacy, or related field.

MBA is highly preferred.

1015 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business leadership roles.

Strong experience managing multi-segment sales organizations.

Proven background in marketing, customer experience, and commercial strategy.

Experience within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, veterinary, medical, or related industries is a strong advantage.
