What You Will Do
- Define and execute commercial strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Position Maximus as a trusted partner to government ministries and private sector leaders.
- Identify high-impact opportunities across industries and sectors, creating tailored skills and reskilling propositions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from engagement through to contract closure.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent Maximus at industry forums, establishing our profile as the partner of choice.
- Inspire, coach, and guide a team to achieve ambitious business targets.
What We Are Looking For
- A proven track record of 7+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong experience engaging with senior government stakeholders, industry bodies, and academic institutions.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with advanced negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of UAE labor market dynamics, Emiratization policies, and skills transformation trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
