Role Description
As aSeniorSales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Initiate and manage the sales process, including prospecting, scheduling meetings, conducting presentations, and understanding client requirements.
Identify business opportunities, prepare tailored proposals, and successfully close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that meet client needs and align with company offerings.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts within the CRM system.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and vendor engagements.
Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
Stay current on technology trends, vendor solutions, and market dynamics to effectively position offerings.
