Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience:
46 years of professional experience in IT application support in a healthcare setting.
Practical knowledge of hospital information systems (EMR, HIS), clinical workflows, and healthcare operations.
Familiarity with MOH, CBAHI, and JCI requirements for IT services in hospitals.
Experience using IT service management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools).
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field (required).
Skills:
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficient in supporting healthcare IT systems (EMR, HIS, ERP)
Good understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical applications
Effective communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize based on impact
Strong documentation and reporting abilities
Team collaboration with the ability to mentor junior staff
