Active DMC is a B2B technology communications agency working with some of the biggest names in tech across the UAE and GCC. We're hiring a Senior Communications Executive who's bilingual in Arabic and English to join our team. You'll run campaigns across tech B2B clients, from media strategy, content to client relationships.
What you'll do:
- Drive campaign delivery from start to finish.
- Build and own relationships with journalists and clients across sectors.
- Create content (pitches, releases, features) that's tied to client messaging and local market dynamics.
- Stay ahead of industry news and translate it into strategic recommendations for clients.
- Manage complexity—multiple clients, multiple teams, multiple deadlines.
- Conduct client reviews and flag challenges.
What we're looking for:
- You've mastered comms fundamentals. You know what makes a story land, how to work a journalist, how to position a company.
- You think like a strategist, not just an executor. You see the bigger picture and connect dots others miss.
- Your Arabic and English are both strong—written and spoken. You're equally comfortable on calls or in pitch meetings in either language.
- You're proactive about learning media and client sectors, not waiting to be told what to care about.
- You can manage your own workload, anticipate problems, and solve them independently.
- Genuine interest in technology and business.
- 2-4 years comms/PR experience (agency background preferred)
