About the Company

We are representing a leading restructured hospital in Singapore seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Communications Manager to join its Corporate Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape impactful communications, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support initiatives that enhance patient care and community outreach.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead strategic communication initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support organisational priorities, and engage internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with leadership, programme teams, and partners to deliver compelling communications that drive awareness, collaboration, and positive healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Drive awareness through strategic storytelling, content creation, and engagement activities.
  • Provide communications advisory and support to programme teams, leadership, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality communication materials including speeches, presentations, newsletters, marketing collateral, and digital content.
  • Support leadership communications, media opportunities, and programme-related messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and stakeholder insights.
  • Coordinate communication initiatives with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and aligned execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare, community, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Plan and support events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives that strengthen partnerships and public awareness.
  • Develop patient-facing communication materials to enhance patient engagement and experience.
  • Support strategic communications planning for new programmes, partnerships, and service initiatives.
  • Identify communication opportunities and potential risks to improve programme adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage project timelines, vendors, and communication deliverables while supporting scalable communication processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in communications, branding, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, public relations, or related functions.
  • Strong written communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare, public sector, or social service sector will be an advantage.
