Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring Senior Executive for Edge Innovation Centers in East Cairo ( Fifth Settlement ) with the following requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to a diverse client, addressing their needs promptly and professionally, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the business center.
- Ensure the business center facilities are well-maintained, coordinate repairs, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Manage the business centers operations with clients, internal teams and external providers.
- Assist in generating leads to sales by providing information to potential clients for up-selling and addressing their needs
- Analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- From 1 to 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration)
- Proficient English language skills
- Excellent customer service & administration skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
