Job Description

  • Support in maintaining the job grading system based on Korn Ferry Hay methodology.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluations for new and revised roles.
  • Ensure alignment between job descriptions, grades, and salary structures.

Compensation Management

  • Participate in developing and maintaining salary structures and pay ranges.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Prepare annual merit, promotion, and allowance review data.
  • Analyze internal equity and provide recommendations for adjustments.

Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefits (allowances, housing, transportation, etc.).
  • Support in reviewing and updating benefits policies based on market trends and legal updates.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare compensation analytics and dashboards to support management decisions.
  • Support HR budgeting and cost modeling exercises.
  • Ensure accuracy of compensation-related data in HR systems.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Support audits and documentation of compensation-related decisions.
