Title: Senior Compliance Manager (6 Month Contract)

Our client is a leading global advisory and consulting firm that partners with corporations, financial institutions, investors, and government entities to solve complex business challenges. With a strong presence across risk, compliance, governance, investigations, and regulatory advisory, the firm is supporting a major UAE-based conglomerate on a high-profile compliance engagement and is seeking an experienced compliance professional to join the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and identify key regulatory, governance, and compliance risks across the organisation.
- Execute and enhance compliance monitoring and testing programmes to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver compliance reporting and management information for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Provide compliance advisory support to business stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing strengthening of the organisation's compliance culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience within compliance, governance, risk, or regulatory functions gained within financial services, consulting, or large corporate environments.
- Strong hands-on experience conducting compliance risk assessments, compliance monitoring reviews, and testing programmes.
- Proven ability to prepare compliance reports and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and governance committees.
- Background within a Big Four advisory practice, financial institution, or complex multi-entity organisation is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
