Role: Senior Compliance Officer
Work Location: Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Contract- 12 months & extendable
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborating with UAB stakeholders to ensure adherence to laws and regulations specific to Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, KYC/CDD and ABC.
- Ownership and accountability of FCC policies and SOPs
- Risk steward who develops and manages the FCC strategy the adheres with the overall Bank`s strategy and initiatives
- Advisory of the Business and Senior Management on FCC matters
Experience-
- 3+ years proven experience in transaction monitoring & sanction screening relevant roles within UAE banking, including compliance risk management
- 5+ years experience in transaction monitoring & sanction screening processing roles within UAE banking industry
