Invictus Trading FZE is looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Compliance Officer to join our Compliance & Internal Audit team.

This role will play a key part in strengthening the Group's ethics, compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions, and corporate governance framework across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development and implementation of the Group Compliance & AML/CFT Program

• Advising on financial crime, sanctions, ethics, and regulatory matters

• Supporting regulatory reporting and stakeholder engagement

• Enhancing policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks

• Driving compliance awareness and training initiatives across the organization

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in Compliance / AML / Financial Crime

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (SCA, ADGM, ADX, UAE AML regulations)

✔ Experience within commodity trading or corporate compliance environments

✔ Professional certifications such as CAMS, CCEP, CISI or similar are highly preferred
