We are currently looking for a Senior Computational Biologist to join a health tech company based out of Dubai.

Technical experience needed:

• Python programming expertise
• Rosetta / PyRosetta / AlphaFold, Schrödinger etc.
• Protein to protein interaction, structure analysis, prediction & engineering
• Antibody modeling, protein structure prediction, and binder design
• Design, development and optimization of antibodies (& Modelling)
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning (& Docker)
• Molecular simulation techniques

Education

• PhD Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or other relevant scientific degree
• Proven background in research and publications
