Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in concept development, creative direction, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design concepts.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to turn abstract ideas into visual narratives and actionable designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate design concepts and strategies to clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams, providing constructive feedback and fostering an innovative, collaborative environment.
In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and audience psychology to ensure designs are strategically sound.
