Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience in Substation or Power Plant projects.
- Previous client/industry approval preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide structural engineering expertise for design, detailing, load-out, transportation, and installation activities.
- Prepare and review structural designs, calculations (static & dynamic), drawings, and technical documents.
- Perform connection design (shop and field) and full structural analysis for various load cases.
- Review designs for constructability and facility constraints.
- Drive construction schedules and ensure subcontractor scope compliance.
- Coordinate daily site activities and engineering operations.
- Act as technical authority and represent the organization in design reviews and technical discussions.
- Support bidding processes and review subcontracted engineering consultant outputs.
- Ensure engineering activities comply with established standards and procedures.
