Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager Civil Infrastructure to support a major downtown infrastructure programme in Saudi Arabia.

This role sits within a Full PMC delivery model, overseeing contractor execution across civil infrastructure packages, including:

• Wet utilities (water, sewer, stormwater)
• Dry utilities (power, telecom, district cooling interfaces)
• Roads and hardscape
• Underground services coordination

You will act as the client's representative on site, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution across multiple infrastructure interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-based construction supervision for civil infrastructure works
• Manage contractor performance and compliance
• Coordinate wet & dry utility interfaces
• Oversee inspection, testing, and handover processes
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Manage site reporting, progress reviews, and issue resolution
• Support T&C, authority inspections, and close-out

Candidate Requirements

• 15+ years experience in infrastructure delivery
• Strong exposure to wet & dry utilities coordination
• Experience in masterplanned or mixed-use developments
• Previous PMC / client-side experience preferred
• Saudi project experience is essential
• Strong contractor management background
