Job Description

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.

The project:

Mace is providing project management consultancy on a high-profile development in Dubai, now in its main delivery phase. The scheme includes complex structural works and a premium faade, requiring strong coordination and a hands-on approach.

Mace is seeking a highly capable senior construction manager to manage on-site delivery. This is a high-profile, technically challenging development requiring strong leadership across complex structural works, premium faade systems, and fast-paced contractor coordination. The successful candidate will ensure safe, high-quality, and timely execution while upholding Mace's delivery excellence standards.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead exceptional safety, quality, programme and compliance standards across all construction activities.

  • Champion Mace's safety-first culture, ensuring all site activities adhere to HSE policies and statutory requirements.

  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, translating vision into deliverable plans.

  • Uphold ethical, compliant, and sustainable project delivery aligned with Mace values.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across core structural and faade packages, ensuring works are executed in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Drive coordination among contractors, consultants, and suppliers to proactively resolve design clashes, technical issues, and site constraints.

  • Monitor construction progress against the master programme, identify risks, and implement recovery actions as required.

  • Act as a key interface with the client, design teams, authorities, and specialist subcontractors.

You'll need to have:

  • Extensive construction delivery experience within major building projects, ideally in the UAE.

  • Proven capability in managing complex structural works and leading faade delivery on high-rise, luxury, or technically challenging developments.

  • Strong experience with contractor supervision, site logistics management, sequencing, and technical coordination.

  • Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills confident in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
