Senior Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic and transformation initiatives for clients across various sectors, supporting business growth, operational excellence, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, exceptional analytical skills, and proven experience managing client engagements while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting Delivery

• Lead and manage project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Conduct business assessments, market research, benchmarking studies, and data analysis.
• Develop strategic recommendations, operating models, frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical and actionable initiatives.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Participate in steering committee meetings and executive-level discussions.
• Manage day-to-day communication with client counterparts.
• Ensure client satisfaction while maintaining high delivery quality standards.

Team Collaboration

• Coach and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
• Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposal development and business growth opportunities.

Business Development Support

• Support proposal preparation, RFP responses, and solution development.
• Participate in client presentations and business pursuit activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Professional certifications are highly desirable (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, KPI, Prosci, Agile, etc.).

Experience Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Transformation, or Strategy Consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within internationally recognized consulting firms is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
