Role: Senior Consultant / Consultant

Industry Focus: Energy and Natural Resources, Manufacturing & Utilities

Job Purpose: Contributing to Risk based Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Internal Control Review, Policies and Procedures, Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management.

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities (will vary across projects and will include but not limited to):

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for clients in the above-mentioned industry.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Provide advisory services on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal controls within the above-mentioned sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and insights to clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in risk management.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, communicating complex risk concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor consulting services to address their unique challenges.
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be comfortable working with databases and all applications of Microsoft suite.
  • Willing to travel on client engagements and work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work on proposals and support leadership for business development

Education And Qualifications

  • Education Background: Engineer + master's with relevant certifications preferably Electrical / Chemical/Mechanical/ Petroleum Engineer.
  • Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in Consulting, preferably Big 4 with good understanding of above-mentioned industry.
  • Great presentation and data analytics skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Good understanding of technical areas such as Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Asset management, Risk Management, Policies, Procedures, Strategy, Market Research etc.
