Senior Consultant Delivery & Support

Summary:

Lead end-to-end delivery and application support, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution and continuous improvement across the landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery and support for applications, managing incidents, changes and SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-module teams across the project lifecycle.
• Drive root-cause analysis, problem management and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders, releases and service quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of delivery, DevSecOps and application support experience.
• Strong incident/change management and stakeholder skills.
• Proven ability to use AI coding/productivity tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude) to accelerate development, configuration, testing and documentation.
