We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – HCM Functional (ERP) to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within an enterprise ERP environment. This role is ideal for a functional ERP professional with strong HR systems expertise and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end HCM transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of HCM ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Analyze HR business processes and recommend best-practice ERP solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and design documents aligned with business requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and validate deliverables.
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability across HCM applications.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with governance, information security, quality, and organizational standards.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 9–10 years of functional ERP experience, including 3+ years in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with HCM ERP implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and ERP best practices.
- ERP-related certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
