About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Senior Consultant to lead the design, development, administration, and governance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The candidate will work directly with business stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Tax functions to deliver enterprise-grade applications and automation solutions while ensuring platform stability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, integrations, notifications, and process automation.
• Design and administer Dataverse data models, security roles, and governance controls.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and other enterprise applications.
• Manage the complete application lifecycle from design to deployment and production support.

Platform Administration & Governance

• Administer Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Implement and manage DLP policies, licensing, and platform governance.
• Establish ALM best practices, deployment pipelines, and version control.
• Maintain SharePoint Online permissions, information architecture, and governance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support runbooks, and solution architecture artifacts.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business units including Finance, HR, and Tax.
• Conduct solution workshops, demos, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Work independently without requiring a dedicated Business Analyst.

Mentorship & Leadership

• Mentor junior Power Platform developers and administrators.
• Review solution designs, configurations, and code quality.
• Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and establish development standards within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Power Apps solutions end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in:

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Policies
• Experience working in Financial Services or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

• ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
