Role summary:
Support the growth of company Public Sector portfolio locally by contributing to sales, delivery and practice development. As a Senior Consultant, work as an active member of engagement and pre-sales teams- producing high quality analysis, client-ready outputs, and delivery workstream contributions under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality analysis and outputs for public sector client engagements
- Collaborate across capability and project teams and provide any required support
- Support project teams in research, data analysis, and report development
- Assist in proposal preparation, presentations, and opportunity shaping
- Conduct desktop research on public sector trends, policies, and initiatives
- Support development of client-ready deliverables (presentations, reports, insights)
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and best practices
- Support client workshops and stakeholder interactions
- Participate in capability and practice development initiatives
Experience & profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in public sector consulting
- Strong experience supporting sales cycles, proposals, and delivery of consulting engagements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Economics, Technology, or related fields
- GCC sector experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with digital government enablers (AI, Cloud, Data platforms) is a plus
