Job Description

The Senior Consultant Strategic Partnerships will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and management of strategic partnerships and international cooperation initiatives. The role is suited to a consulting professional with strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and experience working across strategy, partnerships, or international advisory environments.

The Senior Consultant will work closely with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partnersincluding government entities, international organizations, and private-sector counterpartsto support strategic objectives through effective partnership models.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Advisory Support

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic partnership frameworks and international cooperation initiatives
  • Conduct sector, partner, and benchmark research to inform partnership opportunities
  • Contribute to strategy papers, concept notes, business cases, and briefing materials related to partnerships and cooperation programs
  • Support the design of engagement models, governance structures, and operating frameworks for partnerships

Partnership Development & Management

  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and engaging potential local, regional, and international partners
  • Support the preparation, review, and coordination of MoUs, agreements, and cooperation roadmaps
  • Coordinate communication and alignment between internal teams and external partners
  • Track partnership pipelines, initiatives, milestones, and deliverables

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support engagement with government entities, multilateral organizations, NGOs, privatesector partners, and international institutions
  • Prepare stakeholder materials, presentations, and talking points for senior leadership
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and international delegations as required
  • Support followup actions and relationship management across partnerships portfolio

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Support daytoday project management activities, including planning, tracking, and documentation
  • Develop progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates
  • Monitor KPIs and support assessment of partnership outcomes and impact
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all partnership initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, International Relations, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, strategic partnerships, or international cooperation
  • Strong experience in research, analysis, and presentation development
  • Proven ability to work in multistakeholder and crosscultural environments
