The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of consulting projects, developing strategic insights, and preparing high-quality client deliverables. The role works closely with Managers and Engagement Leads to execute project workstreams and ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support workstreams within consulting engagements across strategy and transformation projects.
- Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support project outputs.
- Develop high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of workstreams.
- Support client meetings through preparation of materials and presentation of insights.
- Contribute to problem-solving and structuring of project approaches.
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables in line with consulting standards.
- Support knowledge sharing and development of best practices within the team.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities within client engagements where applicable.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
- Experience in management consulting firms (Big 4, strategy firms, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, project-based environments.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
