Role Description

We are looking for a commercially sharp Consultant with 3–4 years of UAE business setup consulting experience.

This is a revenue and advisory role, not an operations role.

You will engage with founders, understand their business intent, design the right UAE structure, negotiate mandates, and build long-term client relationships.

Execution is handled internally by the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand founder intent and business objectives
• Advise on optimal UAE company structures (Mainland / Free Zone)
• Design commercially viable setup pathways
• Negotiate and close mandates
• Own revenue and margin outcomes for client engagements
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate internally with operations for seamless execution

Requirements

• 3–4 years experience in UAE business setup consulting
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory landscape and jurisdictions
• Demonstrated ability to close client mandates independently
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and client management ability
• Prompt, proactive, and accountable working style
