Senior Consultant – Strategic Projects

Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to support strategic projects and initiatives involving government entities and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate with government entities, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders.
• Support strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably with government or government-related organizations.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience working on strategic or government-related projects.
• Experience engaging with senior government stakeholders.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
