About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consulting Analyst to join our growing consulting and product marketing team. This role is perfect for a go-getter - someone who is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings meticulous attention to detail in everything they do. As an analyst, you will learn everything about payments and work on a diverse range of projects. One day, you might be designing a product satisfaction survey for a new financial product, and the next, you could be developing a campaign to drive awareness and education around digital payments. You'll research industry trends, analyse business challenges, and turn insights into compelling content from scripts for videos to sales collateral and strategic presentations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's leading financial institutions, tackling real-world challenges and creating high-impact content that shapes client strategies.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering allocated client projects to quality standards
• In addition to running your own consulting assignments, you will also support consultants and directors, on their consulting projects and project admin
• The role will involve regular interaction with clients, as well as close collaboration with your marketing and creative colleagues, bringing your meticulous attention to detail and knowledge to the team
• Essential to your role is generating analysis and insight on cards, payments, and the wider banking sector - to demonstrate understanding and produce well thought out project deliverables
• You will be part of a wider team that produces digital and written content, and are expected to be a great team player, performing as a role model and mentor for consulting analysts and trainees
• As part of the role, you will also lead and contribute to internal projects that will help to develop expertise and shape our view of the industry

Experience

• 2 years experience working in consulting or product management in financial services
• Excellent academics with a minimum 2:1 degree, preferably completed a master's degree or Year in Industry. Preferred subjects include marketing, economics, management, business, finance, or maths but all will be considered
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)

• AI knowledge/experience An understanding of AI applications in business, marketing, or analytics, or a willingness to learn quickly in this space.

• Competitive salary of AED 11.5k-12.5k per month
